Opening Hours
The spa is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. The outdoor pool is accessible from 10:30 until sunset. During Ramadan, hours may be adjusted — please enquire.
Booking
All treatments are by appointment only, to be made by email at info.palaisrhoul@gmail.com. A credit card guarantee may be required from non-resident guests to confirm a booking.
Choice of Treatment
Our team is available to guide you toward the treatment best suited to your needs: relaxation, recovery, drainage, tension release, or body ritual. Each treatment can be adapted to your condition on the day and the recommendations of your practitioner.
Health
Please inform us at the time of booking of any relevant medical condition: pregnancy, allergies, high blood pressure, circulatory disorders. Should you experience any discomfort during a treatment, notify your practitioner immediately.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time so as not to delay subsequent appointments.
Environment
A calm atmosphere is maintained throughout the spa at all times. Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent inside the spa. Their use is permitted in designated common areas only.
Attire
Disposable underwear is provided for certain treatments. A swimsuit is required to access the hammam. The hammam is a complete treatment — it may not be used outside of a booked session. Appropriate sportswear and footwear are required to access the fitness room.
Children and Teenagers
The minimum age for treatments is 16, subject to prior parental consent. The fitness room is reserved for adults, or for teenagers aged 16 and over accompanied by an adult.
Payment and Cancellations
We accept payment by credit card and cash. Treatments may be charged to the room for resident guests.
Any cancellation or modification of a single treatment must be notified at least 6 hours in advance. Beyond this deadline, the full amount will be charged.
